Artistic Director - Olivia R

The Artistic Director is responsible for overseeing all creative decisions and directing the Main Stage Musical. In addition to guiding the overall artistic vision, the Artistic Director plays a key role in season planning, casting, and maintaining the organization’s creative standards.

 

Managing Director - Tess

The Managing Director is in charge of reserving rooms, TAP forms, and making sure that all technical paperwork is filled out and submitted in a timely fashion. They ensure clear and effective communication between board members and various creative teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion across departments.

 

Community Director - Mary

The Community Director establishes unity throughout our community members, overseeing the departments of Marketing, Newsletter Editor, and Outreach. They host monthly town hall meetings and ensure all community members feel included and informed about current events happening within the organization.

 

Marketing Director - Cayden

The Marketing Director oversees the promotion of all productions, outreach, and fundraisers. They coordinate with website and newsletter editors, social media manager, and graphic designers to ensure all marketing efforts are running smoothly and efficiently. They are responsible for reserving tabling and carrying out the artistic vision set forth by the artistic director.

Outreach Director - Scarlett

The Outreach Director oversees all outreach coordinators to produce community events for members of the organization.

Finance Director - Emyr

The Finance Director oversees all of the financial aspects of the organization. They manage the MOU, present in front of college councils to raise money, apply to different sources of funding on campus, and outline budgets for all of the organization’s expenses. And so much more!

DEI Director - Olivia P

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director ensures all members of the organization feel safe and enjoy their experience within the community, addressing any and all concerns regarding inclusion. They help produce any messages regarding DEI on or off campus made on the organization’s social media account.

 

Technical Director - Chloe

The Technical director ensures each production has the necessary equipment to run the show. They oversee all technical reservations, including microphone reservations.

 

Production Manager - Avery

The Production Manager acts as the support for the stage managers and the stage management teams when it comes to running a team and running a room as a Production Stage Manager.
